Blog Speed Enhancements

To help speed up the blog I’m adding 3 wordpress plugins:

• W3 Total Cache
• Use Google Libraries
• Chennai Central

This should also relieve some stress on the forums (which have been slow).  If anything weird happens shoot me an email.
