Q. What’s the best Antivirus?
A. There is no best Antivirus and I’m not answering this question 100 times a day anymore. Currently my favorite antivirus solution is Kaspersky Internet Security 2009 or 2010. As I said, currently. That could change.
Q. Which is better? Antivirus A or B?
A. Watch my videos and decide for yourself. Again, I get this question probably more than 100 times a day. For discussions like this head over to the forum (remove-malware.com/forums) and trust me…you can discuss it for eternity.

A. You’re INFECTED!!! Of course you can’t. You need a bootable antivirus disc to remove most of the infections present on PC’s today.

Q. I keep getting redirected to random websites, what can I do?
A. Run a full scan with a bootable antivirus disc and remove any infections found. Most of the redirection “packages” involve hidden rootkits that often require bootable antivirus environments. WARNING!!! – your PC may not be bootable after removing malware (viruses). You need to decide if the files infected are critical system files.
Q. Can I send you my HiJackThis log?
A. Don’t bother. Rootkits are not listed in those logs.
Q. What software do you use to record your reviews? Why do they look so clear?
A. Camtasia Version 3 (old version of it). Since I’m a YouTube partner they somehow make it clear (must be less compression).
Q. When do your reviews come out? How often?
A. Usually once a week. I like to record and upload my review on Thursday – Saturday. Sometimes I get extremely busy and I’ll need to skip a week.
