In an effort to save my fingers some grief I’ve decided to answer some commonly asked questions (in addition to my FAQ). So here we go…
Q. “What’s the best antivirus Matt!!! Tell me now!!!”?!?!?
A. I currently like Avira 9 for signature based AV protection.
Q. I can’t install or run Malwarebytes, SuperAntiSpyware, Combofix, etc…
A. You’re really infected and you MUST scan your hard drive with a rescue disk (UBCD4WIN).
Q. Can you review Zone Alarm?
A. No, ZA uses Kaspersky. I’ve already tested/reviewed Kaspersky.
C. Your reviews are not scientific or professional.
A. I know, I’m testing software for the benifit of ME…I’m just sharing it with others…if you like it then watch…if not….then C YA.
Q. Can you send me some of those malware links?
A. No.
Q. I contacted you yesterday and still have not received a response…what’s up?
A. I work about 80 hours a week now. My responses can take a few days, I’m sincerely sorry about the delay.
