Comodo Internet Security SAS Log

Here is what Comodo Internet Security 3.5 missed (according to SuperAntiSpyware).

Download the CIS-SAS Log

The only particular item that caught my immediate attention was that

Trojan.Mezzia/Resident
C:WINDOWSSYSTEM32WINGVD32.DLL
C:WINDOWSSYSTEM32WINGVD32.DLL

was still resident and active…although you’d never know it really.  The PC ran perfectly normal and continues to do so.

just curious…..which application that you tested left little for SAS to remove….obviously it was not Comodo Internet Security………

I just switched to Comodo and I am enjoying it… Considering it missed one single trojan and absolutely no solution can detect everything, I’d say it did very well (and it’s free).
Besides, I run it along side MBAM and I feel very safe

Actually, scratch that, I just read the whole SAS log… I think it’s still a great product to use along side a powerful antispyware like SAS or MBAM

Just found another rouge program you may wish to install on your pc… ‘WinDefender 2009′

    website:

replace the two stars with full stops and away you go

    hey matt,
I am now using CIS it is awesome. I feel very safe with the combination of a firewall and antivirus program. It is pretty light on resources too, which you wouldn’t expect from an internet security suite.
