I know you’ve been in touch with Sean already but just to let you know that we found the video very interesting and we’ve already made some changes to how the removal works which should improve things. We already have a new build available which we’re testing right now. Once it’s ready I can send it over to you if you’re interested in having another look at it.
You also highlighted some other issues that we’ve thought about before but that become very apparent during your review (amount of popups, pre-install clean-up etc). These are all things we’re looking at right now.

I of course said I would love to try the new build. As soon as I get the new build from F-Secure I’ll be reviewing it. That’s what I call support!
