Version 1.36 already! 1.35 Has flown by!

There is also a registry key to edit if you can’t login:

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE/SOFTWARE/MICROSOFT/Windows NT/CurrentVersion/Winlogon] and edit the string ‘Userinit’. It should say ‘C:\WINDOWS\system32\userinit.exe,’ or C:\\WINDOWS\\system32\\userinit.exe,’

That would require a bootable antimalware disc wouldn’t it? I need to fix the errors when doing it! I have a dell laptop which does not help as it can cause problems using a dell laptop.

  • Jimmy James

Yup… follow the instructions Matt made on his youtube channel

@elliotcroft – I know, it seemed like 1.35 was out for a week.

  • malwarekilla

@Jimmy James – Yeah, I’ve had to use that twice.

  • malwarekilla

@elliotcroft – yes and no. You could load the registry over the network.

    1. Start
    2. Run
    3. Regedit
    4. File
    5. Connect Network Registry
