Friday night I made a new video. As most of you know I usually review antivirus products and sometimes I’ll throw in the occasional “how to” video. This video was a little different, it was more of a “why to” type video.
Why you need to install your Windows Updates (and reboot). A fully patched Windows OS can effectively shutdown almost any drive-by-download (sites that load malware as soon as you visit them).

No, you don’t have to have a genuine Windows to use automatic updates. You only can’t use manual updates with illegal version.

Thank you for this video. Would you believe that there are too many companies with slacker ICT people who pick their nose all day and never update any computers? Their motto is “if it’s not broken, why bother fixing it? I have more important things to do!” Meanwhile employees are using IE 5.0
