Thank you for your efforts for helping end users Matt. Unless everyone gets together and starts fighting the malware there is no way we can win!
Therefore I applaud anyone who is going the extra mile to make Internet a safer place for people.
Trust can only be earned through being open and frank. Hence we are very transparent in what do. By all means, its ok to make that email public from my point.
As Ewen rightly stated, we are trying to change the way we fight the malware. We are (to my knowledge) the first company who utilize a Layered Security architecture where Prevention is the first line of defense. We believe Prevention should be your first line of defense, followed by Detection and then Cure.
