SAN Disk and McAfee Protecting USB Sticks

While this doesn’t nesseccarily protect consumer level flash drives (usb stick’s) SAN Disk is protecting it’s Cruzer Enterprise devices with a McaAfee scanner that automatically blocks malicious from being copied to the flash drive.

Cruzer Enterprise with McAfee security protects users from infection with an automatic anti-malware scan that prohibits file transfers to the secure USB drive when it detects infection on a host PC.

Now, I haven’t seen this or tested it, but I’m sort of leary about McAfee right now.
