New Video: Norton Bootable Removal Tool

Tonight I uploaded the Norton Bootable Removal Tool 2011 edition review.  I tested the NBRT against a computer that was so infected it wouldn’t even boot.  Thanks for watching and please leave those wonderful comments!  Also, please share this post using the social buttons at the bottom of this post!

    Hello Matt,
    The sound really improved.
    During some of the previous videos I had a problem with hearing your comment. So, the investment on a new microphone did the job.

    Thanks for the video

    By the way, if there is an infection that really damaged the windows activation technology file, is it possible to reactivate windows again and turn it back to genuine?

    @Shaun Zhang

    It is possible to reactivate windows, but only if you used a valid key. Sometimes, you will have trouble if it is an OEM version, but a box version should work. If not, try the Windows Key Update tool. It’s worked for me on XP, and it’s testy on Vista, so I don’t know how well it will work on 7.

    BTW Matt, did you know that your forum access isn’t working? It might just be me, but I can’t get to it, and I get an error.

    Anyway, great video! Nice sound.

    Great video matt. Your audio has really imroved. So which mic did you get? Also one other suggestion I would give is to maybe disable the windows 7 areo animations. Leave the transparany turned on but disable the animation, it will make your vm seem a lot more reaponsive,

    matt can you tell up what’s going on with the forums?????? are you switching to the news forums?

      @Jerry, sure. Our MYSQL DB was corrupted. It’s being repaired and the forums will be back up this week. If the database is not repairable then I’ll start a new forum, but I’ll be going to a better forum package.

    I also can’t access the forum. No access for the last few weeks….

    TDSS infects 64-bit as well. I just removed one from Win7/64 the other day.
