I was seeing alot of conflicts with AVG ,AVAST, and Bitfender with IE7. So far so good takes up little to no resources which believe me is suprising, considering that's what turned me against norton for the past few years. Haven't had to put it to the test yet except for a few tracking cookies which it completely got rid of.
