Remove Fake Antivirus with Malwarebytes Chameleon

If your PC has been infected with fake antivirus and you can’t seem to get any removal tools to run then you need Malwarebytes Chameleon.  Malwarebytes Chameleon can bypass the fake antivirus, install malwarebytes, update it and run then run a quick scan.  It’s another free and awesome tool from Malwarebytes.

I made a review of Chameleon last night, check it out.

    Thanks for the video.
As you mentioned in your video, I’m one of these guys who helps out others. This information is what we need; clear, to the point and without technical mumbo jumbo.
Thanks from a warm Crete (Greece) in Europe.

Matt, nice review as always. By the how do you use a Kaspersky rescue disk on a computer with wireless connection?

Thanks John! KRD has the ability to load drivers for most wireless cards. In the bottom right hand corner there is a little button for setting up the network. You have to manually add the SSID and password for the wireless network.

If you do not see any wireless settings that means the card is not detected by KRD and you’ll have to plug in a network cable.

I alway go network cable because it’s just less hassle.
