Jon is right, it’s 192.168.1.1.

If after getting a new router your speed is 100kbits, then I would return it. You haven’t changed any of the settings, right? That’s very odd that it would slow your connection down so much like that.

Go into your router’s settings page and set DMZ mode to your computers IP. This IP will be 192.168.1.XXX. DMZ mode just lets your computer bypass the routers firewall.
