    The sites that Norton blocked was that via a network traffic blocker or that toolbar in IE. If you remove the toolbar would it still block the site?

    Your reviews are very thorough and helpful but they’re a lot like CSPAN. Your conclusions are helpful but I’m not sure how productive it is to have to sit through your downloads and installs. Constructive feedback, outline your points up front. A review of something is usually done in advance. Then demonstrate your results more succinctly.
