After alot try-outs in different ways, ur guide gives me the chance, to finish my projects and re-installing with time and planned!a big fat +1 for ya, dude! does help! Thank you alot! I then downloaded AVG's Linux Based rescue disk, and it found an infected cdrom.sys, mrxsmb.sys, and some fake Oak Technologies Audio Service drivers usr11g.dll and kbfiltr.dll. The AVG rescue CD is text based and it is straightforward and you really don't need a graphical user interface. It updated faster than the KRD. I was impressed by AVG, I normally wouldn't consider it as a front-line tool for difficult malware cleanup. We received a flood of infected PC's and the fastest turnaround was format/re-install. With 17 computers on the bench it was becoming too time consuming to spend hours and hours on each machine.
