Nothing is working i tried to install that free RegistryBooster but every time I install it, it stops at 50%?

Also with the dail a fix when it tries to fix the MSI it says again "Windows can not find 'MSIEXEC'. Make sure you typed the name correctly, and then try again. To search for a file, click the Start button, and then click Search."

One more thing this link:http://support.microsoft.com/kb/324638 is no help because under "Applies to" my system isn't list (I have Microsoft Windows Xp Home Edition)

What registry Booster? I never told you to install that. It was the info on the page I was providing.

Looks like your best bet is to nuke you hard drive and do a low level format of Windows.
