Yet another rule Matt and I implemented 123zap. Use proper grammar and punctuation. Proof read before you submit your reply. This isn't 1st Grade people. We should not have to teach you how to spell and use proper punctuations. Heck my 11 year old Son types better then some members in here.

@123zap I was talking about respect of those who you speak not what you are trying to say. If you start your sentence or your topic with something like ..."Avira is ....when i scan" ...then you don't respect yourself and also your forum colleagues. It's the same like you would meet your friends in underwear...

So very true virtu. How can anyone expect to be respect when they cannot even start off a sentence properly.

123zap, IF you do have mod rules, why not in the open?

If you lay out forum mod rules (where ALL members can clearly see), we can expect what is expected from you(as a mod). This way, there will be less arguing and less confusion. It's not complicated or hard to understand!

I'm not a mod anymore and i really don't want to teach anyone (mod or member) what to do or act but if you would stick to respect others rule ,we would not have this discussion.

geohac................................The Mod rules are common sense. Watch over the forum. Keep an eye out for spammers. Keep an eye out for members who do not respect the rules. What is up with you people. JC. The Government laws down laws. The Police enforce them. So now what are you going to question every cop and whine to them about why they are enforcing the rules. Once again. Matt laid out rules. Mods enforce them. Members need to respect them. Life is a two way street people.

All I'm saying is that if you laid out the mod rules, where all members can see, it would help out the forum. ;)

Mod rules are personal info. They are what I said. Its common sense. No specifics. Members do not need to know what us Mods discuss.

I'd assume that Mods just follow the same rules we do, while including the stuff Dieselman said. It's not like there's a secret rule like, "The cake is actually not a lie...but shhh! Don't tell non-mods!!"
