i have bitdefender antivirus 2010 and every once in a while it pops up saying it crashed and tells me i need to send a bug report.
I have no idea why it is crashing.

What OS are you using?
Does it tell you anything about why it crashed?

did you try an uninstall/restart/install ?

I use windows 7 home premium 64 bit. And when it crashes it gives your the option to restart bitdefender if thats what you meant. I restart bit defender and its fine. It doesnt tell me much about why it crashed. All it says is bitdefender has gotten a critical error please contact bitdefender services with this error report. So i send the error report and still no reply.

My advise,choose a better security program.
