I rememeber that 3 of them were rogues but i don't know what the other 2 were.

One rogue was the duplicate MSE.

Cant remember................LOL. How can you not remember something like that? If your testing malware then you should remember and right down the links it missed. A lot of anti viruses miss rougues.

OH CRAP you can lock this now. I forgot the most important thing. I never updated it when i was testing.

So you've downloaded all this malware on your real desktop (not on your VM)...and then run it ? and MSE didn't detected it.?
If so ....
Do you have something runing in memory (unkown process)? Did you run a malwarebytes scan ?
Can you please post a screenshot of your taskmanager whit "show all" enabled?

How to take and post screenshot:
Press the "PrtSc" (Print screen) key (upper right part of keyboard)> open Paint (Start > All programs > Accessories) > Edit > Paste, File > Save as (jpeg or png, Not bmp). Open your browser > Go here > Select browse > click once to select file > Open > Upload > Reply whit the link.
