What did you give him as an antivirus solution?
Avast 6 Free, Private Firewall, System Protect, MBAM Pro, Web Security Guard, Sandboxie Pro

he is between an beginner and intermediate user:
i asked him:
- you want a perfect solution? he said yes, i answered, nothing is perfect in this world, and u are the weak spot of the chain (i knew he went a lot in porn sites, p2p and crack websites.)
- i said u are willing to pay for a solution? he said "i wanna something free if possible"
then i said : there the choices:
- CIS or Avast + Private FW
he ask me what i will choose if it was me?
i said , are u afraid of setting up a software and deals with "frequent" alerts?
he said no, so i let u guess which one i proposed to him
i added MBAM and Clearcloud ^^(i give him Avast + private in case if he wanna change)
