We have just released COMODO Internet Security 3.13.120417.573. This is a bug fix release and addresses some of the known issues.

IMPROVED! AV engine now includes more advanced detection techniques
IMPROVED! Windows XP 64 registry protection has been hardened
FIXED! Defense+ does not handle object names properly while handling section names(Reported by our forum member wj32)
FIXED! Defense+ does not protect against registry key ACL modifications(Reported by our forum member wj32)

* This release fixes a bug in build 572 that causes cmdagent.exe to crash under some circumstances. *

DB size is 130MB+

Also the update servers are slow. took over an hour when I downloaded, on a 1.5mb connection it shouldn't take that long.
MSE for example for initial update takes like 5-10minutes MAX.

EDIT: We issued a small update for build 586 users. Build 587 addresses a performance issue which can cause an observable slow down in certain file system operations. So build 587 has a small performance fix.
