Finally, release notes for Comodo Dragon 1.0.0.10, released a few days ago.
New in this version:

IMPROVEMENT: Domain Validation UI (DV check failure message shows orange crossed https in address bar).

FIXED: Foreign web page content is not loaded after selecting "proceed anyway" from DV Error page of original website

Key know Issues:

-disabling extension helps to get access to Options button

Comodo Dragon ver 1.0.1.4 is now available for download from the following link:

The version is based on 4.0 Chromium core

New FEATURE (as per previous beta too)
Green address bar for EV sites - Comodo Dragon will show the address bar background as green for secure SSL/TLS connections which have been authenticated to the Extended Validation EV level, more trusted. This similar behavior as seen Internet Explorer, and Firefox.

It has Privacy and Security enhancements.

IHMO, I would avoid Chrome. Instead go for Dragon or SRWare Iron.

Comodo Dragon is now being distributed by two channels, a General Availability GA channel and a beta testing channel.

The GA version is available from the products area of our www.comodo.com website. The beta testing versions will be available from the beta corner section of the forums.

Each version will continue to get automatic updates for that channel which means for example, if you always want to have the latest beta version you should install a beta version and install the beta updates. A beta version will always be released at the same time as a GA version with the same codebase.

IMPROVED: New codebase. Now we're based on the Chromium 4.1 stable engine
IMPROVED: Mixed content warning policy: the warning goes now as soon as you leave the mixed-content page, even if you're still within the same domain

ADDED: Limited internationalization support in installer (so far English (default), Chinese, Russian, Ukrainian. We'll do more in future releases!)
ADDED: History importing from default Opera browser
ADDED: Default search engine importing from default Opera browser

FIXED: Extended Validation mark was lost when user returned to the page
FIXED: 'Subscribe' screen isn't shown during do an upgrade
FIXED: "Open folder" window is modal now
FIXED: Email ID address is checked for validity in Subscribe screen
FIXED: IE became default browser after upgrading Dragon if Dragon had been default before
FIXED: Error messages were written without space on the Complete screen
FIXED: There was no pop-up message about plug-in, which was going to be installed
