Hmm! I remember few years ago when I used norton on a 256mb ram machine. Not fun.

Mcafee Internet Security....
it made my pc horribly slow and doing a full scan took 5 hours!!! :evil:

Norman.....Don't think it could find water if it fell out of a boat.Then upon the UNinstall,I could not remove the firewall,and it slammed shut.Garbage.

I still think AVG is the worst by far, in my opinion. I've installed it on a few machines (older versions of AVG though) and each machine has gotten extremely slow. They might have fixed it now, but as for about a year ago it wasn't up to my standards.

Not sure why people criticize ClamWin so much, it doesn't have a realtime scanner because it's based off the ClamAV engine (which is for Linux mostly for email servers.

CA Internet Security Suite <-- I really wouldnt call it security, it barely protects the computer at all.
I think my favorite is so far is Norton Internet Security 2010
