My Defrag is a powerful program. It has a scripting language that allows you to position data on disk the way you want. If for example you have a bunch of audio files that you want to access fast you can position those at the beginning of your drive (faster) and order them by name (better for indexing). Unfortunately the current version is slow and sometimes resource intensive (if defrag speed is left at 100%)...and, yes, it doesn't have a beautiful interface. Auslogics gets my vote because is free, fast, can defrag multiple drives at once and it has a portable version.
