Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware is an on-demand scanner, meaning that it will only scan something (a file or run a scan) when you tell it or
demand it to. There is a paid version MBAM that does automatic scanning of files, also known as real-time scanning, however you have KIS and do not require this. You have MBAM and SUPERAntiSpyware around in case of an infection that bypasses KIS (which is highly unlikely). MBAM is also VERY good at detecting malicious registry changes which could cause programs to not run properly or not run at all.
