Well, if you're as impatient as I am, an hour is a long time ;)

It's funny that mines only took 2 minutes and the full scan usually only takes 10 minutes.

is malwarebytes custom scan different from when scanning a full scan? I mean like when i download something and want to scan it, malwarebytes never detects anything but when a trojan.vundo gets into my system and i do a full scan it detects the file i scanned before..

Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware is an on-demand scanner, meaning that it will only scan something (a file or run a scan) when you tell it or demand it to. There is a paid version MBAM that does automatic scanning of files, also known as real-time scanning, however you have KIS and do not require this. You have MBAM and SUPERAntiSpyware around in case of an infection that bypasses KIS (which is highly unlikely). MBAM is also VERY good at detecting malicious registry changes which could cause programs to not run properly or not run at all.

I'm not quite sure if this answered what you asked, but what you asked seems a bit confusing ;) . Could you elaborate a bit?
