Hi Sankurou

Download and Run: RSIT

  • Download random's system information tool (RSIT) by random/random from here and save it to your desktop.
  • Double click on RSIT.exe to run RSIT.
  • Click Continue at the disclaimer screen.
  • Once it has finished, two logs will open. Please post the contents of both log.txt (<<will be maximized) and info.txt (<<will be minimized)

Re: HJT Log Check

Your computer needs more RAM ( random access memory) at least 512 today.

I know you have Revo Uninstaller. Please use it to remove Ask Toolbar Use Moderate uninstall mode.

Also, you have McAfee and COMODO. Anti-Virus programs take up an enormous amount of your computer's resources when they are actively scanning your computer. They conflict with each other and could result in error messages, crashes of the anti-virus programs. That is showing in your log. We need to remove the left overs of McAfee (AOL)

Use McAfee Removal:

http://download.mcafee.com/products/lic ... s/MCPR.exe

Download the removal tool.
Click Save and save the file to any folder on the computer.
Navigate to the folder where the file is saved.
Make sure all McAfee application windows are closed.
Double-click MCPR.exe and the removal tool will start automatically.
Note: Windows Vista users must right-click and select Run as Administrator.
Once the removal tool is finished, you will be prompted to restart your computer.
Wait for the computer to restart.

Next

  • Launch Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware
  • If an update is found, it will download and install the latest version.
  • Once the program has loaded, select "Perform Quick Scan", then click Scan.
  • The scan may take some time to finish,so please be patient.
  • When the scan is complete, click OK, then Show Results to view the results.
  • Make sure that everything is checked, and click Remove Selected.
  • When disinfection is completed, a log will open in Notepad and you may be prompted to Restart.(See Extra Note)
  • The log is automatically saved by MBAM and can be viewed by clicking the Logs tab in MBAM.
  • Copy&Paste the entire report in your next reply.

Extra Note: If MBAM encounters a file that is difficult to remove, you will be presented with 1 of 2 prompts, click OK to either and let MBAM proceed with the disinfection process, if asked to restart the computer, please do so immediatly.

Well, I might have problems with getting more RAM since it's a laptop and I have no idea on how to add RAM, and with McAfee the thing is I got rid of it a while ago with Revo and I switched out CAV for MSE. I just did a recent scan with SAS, MBAM, and MSE, so are you sure their is an infection?

RAM is very easy to install on any pc. Just read your owners manual or Google it.

As Dieselman mention, it's very easy to add Ram to your laptop and RAM is cheap these days. I'll show you a website on how to do it and where to buy it as well... After we are done.

There is left overs of McAfee and you should run their tool. Can you post the MBAM report (if any thing shows up) and a new HijackThis log for me please?

Fix this with HijackThis:

O2 - BHO: (no name) - {5C255C8A-E604-49b4-9D64-90988571CECB} - (no file)

Just for house cleaning.

As for outbound connections with COMODO and Firefox. Your logs is fine and there's no threat that I can see. So, your fine.

Please visit this website for more
information on how to install more Memory on your Computer:

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MbPaR1Ci-Ug

Are you having any other problems? If not, then you're all set.
