Did you Block everything during the test?
Firewall & Defense+: Safe Mode. You can use the configuration COMODO - Proactive Security (right click the CIS icon), or COMODO - Internet Security, and check everything in Defense+, Advanced, Defense+ Settings, Monitor Settings.
Edit: If you don't use Comodo's AV, COMODO - Proactive Security is the default configuration.

thanks....the Configuration was set to "Firewall Security" so i had to change it to Proactive
