I installed it and it did not work. I uninstalled and rebooted, and it still did not work. My AV and Outpost were disabled during the entire installation and it was the correct (64-bit) version.

By "wouldn't work" I mean it wouldn't successfully start anything sandboxed.

This is still a beta though, so hopefully all problems will be resolved soon. I look forward to using it.

Right click on it and run it as Admin. Installed perfectly for me. Are you on Vista or Win 7 64 bit? Did you download and install the 64 bit edition? There are 2 downloads in the link. One for 32 and one for 64.

I did run the installer as admin and I did use the 64-bit installer because when I was installing it it said (64-bit). I don't know why it didn't work. I'm on Vista 64 btw.

Is this a stable release, that is not displayed on the main website?

Beta or not, I wasn't convinced this day would ever come.

Didn't work for me either. I also *think* it screwed up Comodo (Yes, I did disable it when installing). When I restarted my computer, the only option left on Defense+ alerts was run as "installer or updater". I had to reinstaller Comodo to fix the problem. Ah well, I'll try again when it's out of beta.

Hey dieselman, with the combination of 64bit tech and Sandboxie, you should be pretty solid, not that you weren't already. 8-)
