Comodo has also joined his hands in cloud based antivirus with the release of its first Comodo Cloud Scanner to can you system for malware and malicious files. Comodo Cloud Scanner is compatible with Windows 7, Vista & XP.

Looks interesting.
Before you go downloading:
Warning: When we tested Comodo Cloud Scanner we saw that scan engine detects majour windows system files,
firefox browser and many other applications as malware which looks like false positive. Use at your own risk.

It isn't part of CIS so I presumed it wasn't this section. So anything security comodo related goes in here?

The first beta (1.0.126109.1) detected system files as suspicious, but that was fixed in today's release (1.0.127798.2).

It's not a cleaner, it's a diagnostic tool (scanner) only. And it uses CIMA…
