why is the update not showing when i press the help and upgrade button like it did when updating from the beta to the stable release maybe they just havnt released it to update like that yet

It is tempting. I am not sure if I am going to get MSE yet. I like the AV that I have, but I am open to possibly utilizing MSE instead of Avira.

Dieselman,,,,,,,,,,,,, Will it conflict with Online Armor at all? When I say "conflict" I am referring to program and(or) window/menu hangs that are annoying to me, but most users would not notice or pay attention to.

Ryan is exactly right. Also Online Armor allows for exclusions.

It is official. I am a MSE user.

It was received well by OA without me changing any firewall settings. That was cool.

I think you made an excellent choice Max. I used MSE for a while and I loved it, it works very well and the detection rates are pretty solid, put it together with Mbam and SAS, and you have yourself a very nice security set up.
