Web protection is not need if your real time protection gets it. Web protection is over rated.

Calm down. ;)
I know the Web Protection was disable for whatever reason.
I LOL'd at Partially Blocked from the video. There's no in-between; only Allowed (missed) or Blocked (detected).

The review is all about the file blacklisting not URL blacklisting but even its disabled there is a possible it can detect easily the URL.

Antivirus protection was disabled.. :ugeek: Check the image I posted earlier. How could we know if he didn't uncheck some other options? Test is pointless and doesn't prove anything about NOD32.

18 seconds into the video you see the GUI and I only see the web protection disabled.

Pause the video at 0:20 seconds and look closely, Antivirus and Antispyware protection is not checked...

Pranaygtr, that's what I'm trying to point out, if ESET has been misconfigured and its settings have been manipulated with, then the test proves nothing! Besides, at least NOD32 got half of the threats with its web and antivirus protection turned off. So don't go laughing at saying it sucked or its bad like some users have already done. :ugeek:

***I tried for the longest time to tell hemingway that NOD32 is not all that. But he wont listen***
