If you want protection choose NIS, if you want speed choose Eset SS.

ESS has no HIPS or BB. ESS firewall is very poor but the av is strong. NIS has no HIPS but Sonar is a BB. NIS's firewall is pretty good. ESS has a web filter which will slow web browsing down. NIS does not have a web shield. Download a trial of both and decide for yourself.

NIS 2010 will make pc slow down becasue i see some forums say NIS 2010 is resource hog?
