Yeah, CCS can detect false positives that may result on a major issue.

How many times I or pranay have to say that CCS don't have removal capabilities. That button is for the Live PC support. Not to the program clean or remove malware by itself.
Even if the program detects some FP's he cannot do anything it them so it cannot damage your computer.

Yes but certain people might try to manually remove those files cause now they know what files should be removed. This is still a very dangerous tool. Think real world people. If some noob does a scan and CCS says that 10 files are infected. Well most noobs will say "Hey I need to remove those". So then they will go around deleting what CCS found.

Dieselman I understand and I agree with your opinion but a "noob" will not try to remove this files the their hands probably they will try to use other scanners.

+1 disPlay, I totally agree with you. No novice user will manually delete these files

Both of you are wrong. Start fixing pc's and you will see how dumb people really are. I have seen people detele things in system32. Most people think that if it is bad then. I have to remove it. So they do without even thinking. This is why rouges are so popular cause people believe anything.

How many people have heard of CIMA or CSC?

I only found out through their Forums.

Comodo should stick a warning/label it, may produce false positives.

And again I agree with pranay   why would a novice user use CCS when it's popularity is low, and it's very hard to find it on the web in comparative with some other products.

disPlay...............You need to wake up and smell the coffee. All I did was Google "online cloud scanner" and up popped CCS. It was actually the second find right after Panda. So there is your proof that its not hard to find.

Why would a user use the word cloud on google, are we not talking about "Noobs"? if this is the case most of the users will not use cloud because they even don't know how security works with cloud. And most of them don't even know what cloud is about. Is more probably that a user types "Free Antivirus" or something a similar sentence.
