MBAM Pro performance issue. Please Help

Hey all, I have a question. I recently purchased the pro version, of this fabulous software and the detection is great. I have one issue though. My system has gotten alot slower since isntalling it. For example I use google chrome and it opens up so slow and the system responsiveness has just decreased overall I deactivated MBAM and restarted and the system was back to normal.
I am not infected as I ran a scan with MBAM along with hitman pro and I came back spotless

My specs:
Amd Athlon x630 X4
Corsair 4gb ram pc2 6400
Windows 7 Home Premium

As you can see, my system is very capable of handling this simple program.
has anybody experienced this issue?
P.s. I installed Microsoft Security Essentials + Threatfire and even with two apps my system is much more responsive.

You dont need MBAM Pro. MSE is your real time protection.

diselman answer me this please, over at the MBAM forums. They suggest to run MBAM pro in conjunction with avira, mse etc. They claim its not a full blown antivirus app (pro version) I thought it was. What do you think?

Of course they are going to say that cause they want you to buy there product. Its a sales pitch. All you need is MSE and Threatfire. Please go back to your config set up if you need more input on what to use.

I bought their product and I was running it alone. They dont recommend i run it alone eventhough it has realtime protection and they have MY money already so I fail to see where your sales pitch idea comes in.

They are right. MBAM stands for Malware Bytes Anti Malware. Is is not an anti virus. MBAM Pro in real time cannot protect your like an anti virus can. But you dont need MBAM Pro like I have said over and over.
