Check out Matts vid on Sandboxie and make sure you select the option to Delete Contents of the Sanbox, otherwise as I and Dman stated familiarize yourself with each of these programs and as Dman advised above definitely use the Run Safer option, thinking back that was one of the main things I liked about OA.

Dang so i wont be able to remove the 6k+ registry items left behind by stupid sophos?
Yeah i read about the delete contents button in the tutorial
