Are we dead?

Postby googoo1876 » Sat Sep 24, 2011 5:19 pm

Well I just came back from a week or so with no internet, and there has barely been any new posts excluding product updates, so are we a dead community. If so that would really be sad. I remember in 09 think if you asked a question someone would answer in like 5 minutes. So are we a dead community?

It is really slow of late. Hopefully, people are enjoying the fall weather in the northern hemisphere and that is to blame.

I view the forum from time to time, and was wondering this myself. There is another newer forum than Wilders that seems to get some traffic, but this one was quite active not so long ago. Without mentioning names, I also wonder if some of the recent conflicts caused mainly by one recently banned individual has anything to do with it. I guess time will tell. Take care everyone. Or at least the members that are still here. lol.

Um I'm pretty sure Wilders is older, and more established, and I love fall in CA, and summer in IL.

It has been slow, Matt's blog has been attracting attention from videos mostly, hopefully we get some more people around here!

I agree googoo1876. Wilders is much older and more established. I was referring to MalwareTips forums as being the newer one.

First time I'm back in a long time. As a new guy that had some questions last year I was VERY put off by dieselman, now that he is gone I will check out the site from time to time. You guys may have waited too long to take out the trash, shame as their were a lot of knowledgeable people here.

The forum was becoming more active after dman's departure. I guess it's just a busy time for people at the moment. Matt's blog has been a bit busier recently which is good to see, however it doesn't seem to have much effect on these forums.
