SAS Keeps Detecting Adware Tracking Cookies

Postby ragweed » Sun Nov 20, 2011 7:17 am

Hi Guys! I am new here & have Superantispyware on my Win 7 PC. SAS keeps finding adware found in files on my PC. Most times it just gets rid of them but, sometimes it tells me to REBOOT my PC which is strange for just a normal tracking cookie. Anyone think I have something bad on my PC?

Nope.

There should be a way to set the program to not nag you about tracking cookies that programs like CCleaner take care of. Then again, I don't know. I have not used SAS in a long time because it was not nearly as effective as MBAM or HitMan Pro. I prefer not to tolerate any of my security programs bothering me about cookies.

if you look in the settings in the picture on this website you can see one option is scan for tracking cookies you can uncheck this and see if it resolves your problem
