I actully got one of those messages
I block the people, and go to options and say that only people in my contacs may contact me.

I did not click the link because i am slightly more knowledegeable about computers than most.

I got this message as well. The user profile says online.notice.gaga7 and I immediately Googled it. Sure enough, some piece of shit scam.
My parents don’t know anything about computers and, when a program suggests clicking something, they click it. They complained about their computer being slow so I looked at it. They were completely infected with just about every virus, malware, and Trojan you can imagine. I’d be willing to bet they have responded to those phishing scams as well.
I hate these mother fuckers and wish they would die. Fucking pieces of shit.

I received a message similar to this today on Skype. I gave an interesting reply.
[12:11:53 AM] Brad Merrill: Clever spamming technique, but I would mess with someone a bit less tech savvy. Good luck with your mission, and happy trails.
[12:22:37 AM] Brad Merrill: I have reported you to Skype.

I emailed abuse@skype.com with the guy’s username.
This link shows the exact message I received as well as a short rant about spammers and malicious code: http://unitedtechguys.wordpress.com/2010/02/14/spammers-%E2%80%94-a-rant/
