Q.  What’s the cost?

A.  The cost is $80 per computer (flat fee, not hourly).

Q.  How are payments made?

A.  All Payments are made via the Paypal button on this page.  Paypal accepts credit cards/debit cards.

Q.  When do I have to pay?

A.  Before the appointment starts.  Once you’ve paid I’ll receive an email right away.  I’ll send you an email with some suggested days and times for your appointment.  When you find a day and time that works for you please send that info back to me ( mrizos@gmail.com ).  I’ll call you before the appointment starts.

Q.  What days and time slots are available?

A.  Appointment Time Slots:

  • Monday – Thurs – 6 pm – 8 pm CST
  • Saturday – 10 am – 8 pm CST
  • Sunday – 10 am – 5 pm CST

Q.  What happens if you’re late for my appointment time slot?

A.  I’ll do everything I can to meet your chosen time slot, however some appointments may run longer than the typical 1 hour (thus pushing back your appointment).  If I’m running late for your appointment I will email you to let you know.

Q.  Do you offer a guarantee?

A.  Yes, a 30 Day Money Back Guarantee on any work I perform.   If you’re not happy with the level of service that I’ve provided that I will refund your Paypal payment.  I strive to make all my clients, happy clients 🙂

Q.  Do I have to buy any software?

A.  No, I don’t require you to buy any software unless you want to (like buying a commercial anti-virus)

Q.  How do you connect to my computer?

A.  Via remote access software.  Basically you’ll download a small piece of software that will generate a random number and password.  You’ll give me those numbers as well as the password.  You can call, text or email it to me.

Q.  Can you still get on my computer once the appointment has ended?

A.  No.  Once I disconnect or you close the remote access software on your computer we would have to re-initiate another connection which involves you giving me a random set of new numbers again.  You’re in total control of the remote connection.

Q.  Do I need to be available and infront of my computer during the appointment?

A.  Yes.

Q.  How long does your typical appointment take?

A.  About an hour.

Q.  Do I need broadband internet?

A.  Yes.  If the connection is too slow for me to work then I will refund your Paypal payment.

Q.  Do you accept clients from outside the United States?

A.  Not yet, but possibly in the future.

Q.  Can I send my computer to you?

A.  Yes, however you’re responsible for shipping costs (including insurance).
