Duh, didn’t pay attention to the numbers. I have a newer version already (1.0.2140.0)

  • Clinon

Yeah but i really like comodo it has changed a lot from 3.9-3.12 So i’ll stick with my current Internet Security software.

I am a beta tester working with Security Essentials and I can say they have fixed major problems from the previous 1.0.1407.0 version; I can see they have improved upon problems with downloading updates and even changed the taskbar icon to make users feel better about the product.

I am eagerly waiting for the final version of MSE , will decide after Matt’s review on the same, if its time to say bye-bye to Avira (free):) I hope MSE will introduce pulse(frequent) definition updates like Norton. Their detection capabilities are already topnotch. hope it is the same with their final version. Any idea when the final version of Panda Cloud Anti Virus(PCAV) is coming out,I guess its release is also around the corner as the beta cycles of both MSE & PCAV where started at the same time.

Just tested some of your links from Matts NIS 2010 review and it seems like MSE is not bulletproof after all. A trojan slipped right through it.
