    These are great videos, love them. As it turns out, I did this stuff for my wife’s business computer and I followed these exact same steps, even before I saw the videos. And as it turns out, some of these same freeware programs deleted all the malware.

    Well, I have this malware, called “Malware.Trace” I have no idea how to remove it. I used Malwarebytes and found this. I click removed it, It says it couldn’t remove it. So please reply back as soon as possible. Sorry for the inconvinience.

    I have a virus called a malware ramnit. This virus wont let me open the internet or run any programmes at all. I have downloaded the programmes you advised on a clean pc and copied them to the infected one and none of them will run. I really need help.

    There are two folders in my D drive with names 3bd24641a19a1ac6ae9fe233c and d5a0b77a6fc46bfc9ec80e2e782a which have lock icons on them they contain files named MRT files but when I try to open the files it says windows cannot access the specified device, path, or file.ou may not have the approppriate permissions to access the item when I tried to see the details in properties there is nothing there but Type: Application and date modified and size. I cannot move them or delete them. How do I delete them Please help me.

    well,download malwarebytes and install it and go to more tools option in the mbam window and run the FileASSASSIN tool and before running it will ask u to browse the file u have to just do the same and then the file will be deleted from the computer.
